VAT on the charges from Ireland subscription like Microsoft and Facebook ad

I am confused about what VAT code to apply to the expenses without invoices like the charges from Facebook and Microsoft as usual they are from Ireland.

    Options
    They usially are Reverse Charge 20%. Some Microsoft invoices have 20% VAT though.
