HI, I would recommend looking at Xero accounting for cloud accountants solutions. I would also look into the the app called BREWW that is an addon and specialises dealing with breweries.
Xero is great cloud software and can do so much. ensure you also get an app that integrates the PDQ point of sale & till with the software that will save loads of time. Izettle & Stripe do this amongst others.
Also if you go towards Xero look at HUBDOC for automation of purchase invoises and receipts this is also a no brainer.
