HI As a Xero cloud accountant in Bristol I use Go cardless to automate monthly direct debit instalments from my clients it helps for the following

Great for cash flow
Never have to chase the client for monies
easy to amend when the fees go up or down
very quick and easy to set up at point of sale when a client joins
Very quick and easy to add payments in case of new invoices being generated for one off jobs.
It integrates to my Xero cloud accounting software & GO Proposal Pricing software to save time & point of billing

Does anyone else use any other software to help with automating receipts of payments from clients.
