Selling to Germany on Ebay

Hi,
Can someone please clarify, if I sell something on Ebay to someone in Germany, I can zero rate the sale and sell it without paying UK VAT?
I am VAT registered, the product is in UK.
I think Ebay now collect Germany VAT at the point of sale along with customs and packing costs.
But just want to double check I can list it as the net price without UK VAT on it?
I've never sold abroad before.
