Any books/resources you’d recommend?

I quite like reading business books but prefer things that are practical and helpful. Anyone got any recommendations? Even stuff like reading about tax etc. I’d like to become as knowledgable as I can about my job.
Also doesn’t have to be books, can be good YouTube channels. I know there’s not that many UK based ones out there.
