Excel formula - help needed

Hi All!

I need help with excel formula. I can't find anything what I need, and I hope you'll be able to help. I need formula to automatically extract night time hrs from total working hrs. For example

Working time: 04:00-16:00, night time hrs are paid between 6pm and 6am. Which fromula I should use to automatically extract night hrs?
