One client approached me to start his company. He told he applied for ECAA ankara agreement visa and they accept his business plan and now he wants me to start up his business. He wants to establish a company but his business plan that offers to Home office for visa says he will open sole trader in fitness sector and contains sale forecasts and expenses for sole trader. Now I should offer him start Sole trader because already business plan mention sole trader. OR if I start to open a company as he likes, are there any problem with visa application or does he need to confirm change in his business plan? Please give me some ideas about visa application. Many thanks in advance.
