LOE's as a contractor

I'm looking at doing some contractor work with a local accountancy firm. I know I need an LOE and contractor agreement between my own company and the accountancy practice. Do I also need a separate LOE with them for each client of theirs that I do work for?
Is there anything else I need to consider?
I just want to make sure I have everything covered.
