Annual season ticket works out at £420 pcm
Monthly season ticket cost £485 ppm
The company wants to buy monthly to ease cashflow but employee says old employer deducted the lower value.
I have suggested we salary sacrifice the £485 as an annual value , what are the other options here?
If the company pays £485 then this is a BIK that needs to be recovered/reported .
Is it possible to part sacrifice and recover some as a loan?
any advice appreciated, not dealt with TFL tickets being a Midlander!
