Unable to access the MATS Practice Assessments, can anyone help?

I have followed all of the suggested requirements to access the practice assessments including using chrome, downloading the PSI plug in and have .NET framework 3.5 installed, but it still comes up with an error each time.

Does anyone have any ideas or are experiencing the same thing?

what type of laptop / tablet do you use ?

Hi there! I'm having exactly the same issue and have tried this on a Mac (all previous assessments have worked on Mac) and my Windows laptop can't even open the AAT page - let alone access the practice assessments)

Tbh, I would not be surprised if the Excel does not load in the exam.

I'm using an HP laptop with Windows 11. So frustrating, they have worked for all other modules

I think you need to download an app called nirvana or something. Go to the IT department cause they knew which one I needed.
