A lady walked in off the street looking for an accountant, she is wanting a company set up to run a take away business, she is not uk resident and does not have a UK NI number, lives with her daughter who is a student so doesn't have her own address and would like the full accounts/bookkeeping function prepared by an accountant. How would you proceed? Thanks
