I have been asked if I could produce accounts for a prospective client who is purchasing her first pharmacy. If I accept this undertaking would there be any issues I need to be aware of? I would appreciate your help please.

    The only issue that I can think of is if you are related to the client/friend? If not, you are fine as you may take less tax away.
