MATS Excel - do not use next or previous navigation???

I sat my exam today, and I’m scared I lost marks because of the navigation buttons. I submitted the excel answers and when I wanted to review (the tasks show as grey) I clicked the next and prev buttons on these tasks.

I’m now panicking I lost marks???
