Good afternoon
Has anyone had any success in Contacting the MTD helpline through the Agents Dedicated Helpline
Instructions say select option 3, tried that didn't work, Advisor I spoke to in Self Assessment, checked the clients details, and everything I was inputting was correct.
Turnover 2024-2025 tax year £50K+, so registration this year.
Tried Agents Service account, receive message this client does not need to register.
Chat Bot- Hopeless.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems- 5 other clients fine.
