Sorry I forgot to log on when I sent that message, but if your sign in name is your birth date, then you are way too old for me - only kidding I think more like the other way round.

Re:Introduce yourself thread?
Hi everyone,
I'm Nicola, I'm 22 years old, I have completed my Foundation Accountancy and I am now studying Payroll levels 2 & 3! I am sitting my level 2 exam next week so hopefully if everything goes to plan I'll pass that and can then concentrate on Level 3.
I live in Cumbria (just south of the Scottish Border!) I work for a firm who hire out Dumptrucks (www.stevensdumptruckhire.com) where I do the Accounts and Payroll!
I've only just came back from a two week holiday to Hong Kong and am finding it difficult adjusting to the dramatic weather change.

Re:Introduce yourself thread?
Hello peeps,
My name is Mehmet, I'm 19, I live in N London, I'm currently halfway through Intermediate accounting (did my ECR exam earlier this week. I'm not working at the moment, just surviving by leeching off the parents ;o). In my spare time I play football, read and listen to music/go to gigs. I also love comedy, I usually go down to the Comedy Store every couple of weeks, and my mp3 player is full of snippets from stand-ups.
Well that's me done.0 -

you be nosey Bryony, you welcome! U arite then,
The Mozfather, fantastic, seen him twice like, Newcastle City Hall and the Sage in Gateshead. Have you seen him?
www.myspace.com/raintoners
only just put me songs i've wrote on last week, nothing on the site at the minute, i might at some point put some effort into it and make it look decent.
Have you got a myspace page then, am not really into all this cyber friends stuff like on their, its good for the music tho!

Re:Introduce yourself thread?
Yay! The light certainly hasn't gone out for me! Yes, I have seen Moz - about 7 times I think? 6 or 7. I went to Wembley on Friday to see him again, and not surprisingly he was superb. Again. He has always been consistently good when I see him. First time I saw him I was invited to his aftershow party by Boz Boorer, as I knew him at the time, and he knew that I was a fan. Anyway, needless to say they were all there except Morrissey, but I doubt Boz would have invited me if he thought Morrissey would actually be there!
Anyway, no, I don't have a Myspace place... yet, although I feel the crushing pressure from all around. I feel like I will crumble soon, and set one up... Dammit yes I am sure. I agree with you, the 'cyber friends' thing doesn't really appeal, although I have made good friends over the internets in the past. I feel that MySpace wants the whole world to be one big friend, and I am far too cynical for that!!! I'll check yours out as well - if I can get the sound to work on this PC, anyway!0 -
Re:Introduce yourself thread?
Myspace sucks actually :? although I couldn't resist either and set up a profile :oops:0 -
Re:Introduce yourself thread?
I'm Kate, 22, working as a corporate accounts assistant. I really enjoy it. I started the ACA just over a year ago after graduating with a maths degree, and didn't do too well
so, decided to start at the beginning!! well, sorta....started AAT at Intermediate stage earlier this year (around June I think), and took ECR & FRA just last week. Hoping the results are good so I can crack on with Technician stage!!!
I love myspace...think i'm addicted
