Re:Study Buddy
Must admit, bit rusty round the edges, but the effort always comes first. Girls notice effort. i think..
Bye Rach - speak tomorrow.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Sorry, I'm a little behind on my Doctor Who. Just getting into the Jon Pertwee years at the moment.
And have you ever tried using Google translate? It's a good idea but it makes so many mistakes. I was shopping on a German replica medieval armour website and Google couldn't translate most of it.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I'm sure things will change soon enough0 -
Re:Study Buddy

Re:Study Buddy
Morning all,
Wow, who or what's rattled KevinB's cage? (see the 'forumite' topic)
J, sorry to hear AAT isn't for you anymore; as Helen says, once a buddy......
Daniela, if you get to read the thread today, hope the simulation went well.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
hehe, yeah I saw - I don't know whether he is slightly disgruntled at something on the forums but I found it quite entertaining and quite true about us all posting on any topic.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Don't worry malcolm, my cage isn't rattled (Kevin adds Smileys to illustrate that his cage isn't rattled)

I saw it on another forum and thought it was quite funny.
The post was so long that I didn't think it appropriate to add any comments.
Perhaps I should have inserted a Smiley or two in case anyone thought it was a serious post.
Actually I'll go and edit it now.
Apologies for intruding in the study buddy thread but just wanted to put the record straight (bit of an odd expression seeing as records are round).

Re:Study Buddy
It's all cool, Kevin.
Actually, records can be square or indeed oddly shaped. My Chemical Romance, 'Famous Last Words' was made avaiable as a square picture disc.
All are welcome to participate, intrusion does not exist here.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
quite right!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
j u have such a dirty mind lol0 -
Re:Study Buddy
? skating on records constitutes a dirty mind? I'm not rejecting the claims by any stretch, but - records? dirty mind?

Re:Study Buddy
Has the study buddy thread slowly but surely talked about all the topics available that no-one can say anything anymore?... it's so eerily quiet these days,0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Well, get the momentum going again then.
Here are some options:
1) Is global warming a load of hot air?
2) Will it snow tonight?
3) Rap music - surely a misleading label.
4) Are there any other lurkers on this thread from outside the UK? Is this a worldwide institution now?
5) Why do people moan about the price of the new England kit and then nip down and buy one ASAP?
6) Why are some atrocities/crimes given happy/upbeat tags; friendly fire, joy riding, happy slapping?
7) How did the Big Bang er bang?
There, some suggestions for you.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
well, i kinda hope it snows tonight - purely because I can't stand freezing weather conditions without something to make it worthwhile, and i don't want it to snow because i'll be stuck on public transport for 2 hours at least!

Re:Study Buddy
it better not snow! i have a half an hour walk to work! i couldnt feel my face this morning when i got here!
I will be able to post more in a few weeks when my manager decides to leave me alone! she was only supposed to be coming in in the afternoons but she is here permanently! making up excuses about how much warmer my office is than hers! i really hope she doesnt decide to move in here when we get the new people i really cant cope with her! she is REALLY loud!
(can you tell shes at lunch! lol)

Re:Study Buddy
is anybody actually happy at work right now? seems like a pretty bad start to the year for some of us. Katie, you had any luck shifting your lodgers yet?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I would be happy at work if she stayed in her own office!
has anybody else read the headlines on msn today? there is some pretty nasty stuff on there!0
