Re:Study Buddy
No, Helen, it wasn't me Robert was referring to about a forum member saying this thread was like a chatroom - I don't know what goes on in a chatroom but the member who PM'd Robert obviously does! Personally, I don't care what other members think of what I put on this forum, or any other forum for that matter. I, like many others, am 100% willing to help others if they struggle with anything and will go to the n'th degree to do that but I also like a laugh and joke as well and this forum is fantastic for that.
Some people do have their views on how professional sites should work, but even us professionals have to have a laugh as we go along. I say that that member who referred to this forum as a chatroom should stay away if he or she doesn't agree with what gets said on it.
Long may this forum and this thread continue in my book - it's doing nobody any harm.
My rant is now officially over!

Re:Study Buddy
Remember the old days when RaeRae and Gem would just tell us about how bored they were?
J would tell us about his good woman  and Farmer G was just a twinkle in this milk maid's eye. Mandy kept revving her beamer and practicing her handbrake turns at Bristol airport.
Peugeot still had hairy legs and Paul was going to enter the London Marathon.
The most exciting thing that happened was Chris falling asleep with his lappy and Robert not parking his car properly - that was the day it snowed.
Then there was the day I spelt stationery with an 'a' and everyone thought I'd been kidnapped by aliens and replaced with a non-pedantic version.
The good old days.
Have I missed anyone out?

Re:Study Buddy
I didn't vote. If they can't get their act together and allow my non-resident, non tax paying husband (who lives with me according to them, I must need therapy because I've looked everywhere for him and can't find him :? ), to vote, oh and don't forget I pay full council tax for being on my own, (still can't find him and he didn't use his toothbrush this morning), then they don't get our support. We applied for voting by proxy 3 weeks ago, this gave them plenty of time, we get nothing, so they get nothing, so stuff em!!!

Re:Study Buddy
Erm, not so grumpy today thanks Jan. It is Friday after all and it's a long weekend
Feel like I can be entitled to be grumpy with the blood sucking councils, I pay a lot of money for what I get with no discounts, if the Lib dems ever get in and have their way, they want us to pay council tax based on our earnings, so stitched up again.
Anyway, you saw the aero advert last night then, nice eh?0 -

And of course I did! Where would we by without all those that watched and read but kept their silence?

Re:Study Buddy
Oh dear and I think Mandy was trying to open up a discussion about councils.
Well while you two are hard at work, I'm still at home, which means I'll have to fly.
See you later.

Morning Ladies. Just got into the office after a 7 o clock rise to visit the swimming pool. I am now tucking into a bowl of fruit and fibre, and a fruit smoothie :shock:0 -
