    Dammit, I'm supposed to be working but now watching/listening to 'Countess Bathory' by Venom on YouTube which led me on to Exumer, Nuclear Assault etc. Very hard to work with all that going off in my ears!

    I must admit to loving the digital age since I can now download all my fave thrash MP3's from dodgy Russian websites and watch illegal, counterfeit videos on YouTube!

    You need to get round to the Destruction stuff Paul, especially "Thrash til Death" (incorrectly named as "Nailed to the Cross")

    The running went great, thanks!

    Took it nice and steady for the beginners and just covered 4.5 miles.

    Lovely evening, warm and sunny.

    Want to go back to bed now though....

    Morning RaeRae, depends on whether you went straight to sleep or laid reading all night :twisted: I often find that an early night leaves you more tired than a late night, although a late night catches you up later

    I'm same era as you Helen so have no idea what Paul & Robert listen to.

    Now when you mentioned David Cassidy yesterday(?)..oh my knees when all weak again. Used to have a huge poster of him on my purple painted wall. Best friend was into Donny Osmond - mind you he has weathered better!

    Gather it has gone quiet on here 'cos you're all at lunch!
