Re:Study Buddy
Not really. I wasnt exposed to it much when I was younger.
My Dad and I are both totally deaf in our left ears (its a family trait) and he's a lot less comfortable with it than I am. What this means is that he's never owned a record/cassette/cd player so I haven't grown up hearing music all the time.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Wow, I cant imagine growing up without music. Its a horrible thought. I suppose only because its always been so important to me?! :?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Loved the picture Helen - I actually asked for one of Doro Pesch in her 80's heyday but somehow got one of yourself taken at the old folk's Christmas do last December...
Maybe next time, you should look on Internet Explorer instead of going to My Pictures?!!

Well, peoples, it's past home time. Have a good weekend and report back on parade bright and cheerful on Monday morning.
Hey, and lets be careful out there!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Let's be careful indeed, Farmer G - or, 'Let's do it to them, before they do it to us'.
Hill Street Blues - a classic.0 -
Re:Study Buddy

Check my day out to the zoo with my son and nephew :-)0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Loved the pics - especially of the two of them fast asleep. I seem to have loads of mine asleep.
They are 20 & 17 now - bigger than me! One almost ready to fly the nest - enjoy your son, times flies by so fast.
Happy Birthday for tomorrow

Re:Study Buddy
Yes, but are you going to rest or are you going to race around like a headless chicken again?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Bit of both!
Off to the theatre on Saturday, lunch with family on Sunday and Monday...gardening...snoozing?
Have to do some course work too.
How about you? Will you be doing some more DIY?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Most probably, that seems to be my middle name at present. Bit of finishing off in the kitchen to do, lot to do in the garden(new pergola, new seating area, new steps) and then rest until end of june then decorate front room & dining room. Oh and lay new floor in kitchen and retile downstairs loo.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Taking it easy then!
