    Had to have blood tests done on both arms today! :shock: I nearly died, when she did my left arm. I threw up and had to lie down! How embarassing :oops:

    I have fond memories of Cannock Chase.... the exact details of which I'm not prepared to go into to :oops:

    Two lots of blood seems a bit excessive... still, having needles stuck into by body doesn't really bother me much. Even so I still got a hug from the phlebotomist last time :)

    I had a brill time and,yes Helen, I did nearly everything you would have done, except appearing on stage with a blue fan :oops: There isn't a fan big enough for my extra size :lol:
    If you keep up with the video production, possibly we are going to see you on national tv or at least in training films :lol:

    Mandy - it was brilliant.

    £60.

    Free drink on arrival (anything non-alcoholic)

    Access to all the spas and saunas and pool, plus more

    Free lunch and soft drink (bought wine!)

    Free afternoon tea with fab cakes

    We also went into the main area for a swim and a nose around in the afternoon.

    But the pampering was the best bit.

    We ended up having water fights in the steam rooms and generally annoyed everyone else!

    if it makes you feel better, I've got the lergy too! I spent all weekend in bed and finally got up 16.30 last night to come to work today :cry::cry:
