Green light wrong ?

though the months are 7,10,13 and 16 on the 14th days ? not 6 months 14days

    so confused kaplan says 4 quarterly installments on 14th of months 7,10,13 and 16 after start of AP what am i missing? is it the first ever payment of corp tax which is 6 months 13 days?

    Just the way its worded topcat:

    Lets say a financial year runs 1/1/13 - 31/12/13:

    Month 1 = 1/1/13 - 31/1/13
    Month 2 = 1/2/13 - 28/2/13
    etc
    Month 6 = 1/6/13 - 30/6/13
    Month 7 = 1/7/13 - 31/7/13

    6 months and 14 days after the 1/1/13 is 14/07/13 - so it falls in month 7.

    thanks cejay i will have to watch out for this get my self taffled up with dates sometimes
