so confused kaplan says 4 quarterly installments on 14th of months 7,10,13 and 16 after start of AP what am i missing? is it the first ever payment of corp tax which is 6 months 13 days?0

Just the way its worded topcat:
Lets say a financial year runs 1/1/13 - 31/12/13:
Month 1 = 1/1/13 - 31/1/13
Month 2 = 1/2/13 - 28/2/13
etc
Month 6 = 1/6/13 - 30/6/13
Month 7 = 1/7/13 - 31/7/13
6 months and 14 days after the 1/1/13 is 14/07/13 - so it falls in month 7.0 -
PS. fingers are very useful for working out periods and dates!0
