    Not urgent but it seems overly long to me.

    I had a reply fairly quickly last time I contacted them. The reply was that they were looking into it. That was nearly a month ago and I am still waiting!

    Oh I should have said. Yes, I did receive a quick "automatic" reply. This was on the 7th.

    Nowt since though....
