I was told at my recent PEV exam that you were not allowed to use Tipex correction fluid on your paper if you make a mistake. Now i understand other students were allowed to so made their script more presentable hardly very fair. Whats everyones view on this ?

In my PCR in June I messed up practically a whole section and used a helluva lot of typex. I didn't have any with me but the guy that was there to make sure we didn't cheat borrowed some from somewhere for me and let me use it.

My paper was a complete mess but I still passed. Think there can only be a couple of marks in it for presentation - it's based on knowledge.

For next time you may be interested to know you can buy pens from papermate that you can rub out. I got mine through our company stationary suppliers, they were only about £1.
