Tippex correction fluid not allowed in exams

I was told at my recent PEV exam that you were not allowed to use Tipex correction fluid on your paper if you make a mistake. Now i understand other students were allowed to so made their script more presentable hardly very fair. Whats everyones view on this ?

in moderation it is allowed......i used that pritt rollon on stuff. the only problem was that the business tax exam paper was white, so no probs there but DFS was green paper so ever so noticeable...0 -

In my PCR in June I messed up practically a whole section and used a helluva lot of typex. I didn't have any with me but the guy that was there to make sure we didn't cheat borrowed some from somewhere for me and let me use it.<BR><BR>My paper was a complete mess but I still passed. Think there can only be a couple of marks in it for presentation - it's based on knowledge.0 -

For next time you may be interested to know you can buy pens from papermate that you can rub out. I got mine through our company stationary suppliers, they were only about £1.0 -

i have 1 of them pens. they are great. they can easily be rubbed out at first but after a while the ink sets and you cant rub them out. ideal for exams. you can buy them from whsmith or woolworths £1.490
