i got the job i apllied for in the cash office in the new primark in bristol....im sooo exited!!!

thanks..im so pleased as at interview they said i didnt have much chance as i had no experience and they had shortlisted over 7000 people down to 1500 and were only recruiting 500 in total, but after my interview the lady liked me and said i hae as much chance as the ones with experience...
not sure about discount, i never asked...lol

hours are cool to weds all day, thurs fri sat 4-8. they let me have the tues off so i can do my technician and i have another job teaching part time starting in sept so will fit in nicely

thank you all...i didnt really beat 7000 others that was the total who applied fo r all the jobs....im just more curious to what the building is goin to be like...its the old john lewis one and when you walk pass the roof has a glass balcony...looks like there may be a swimming pool up there or something??!! lol

I can vouch for that, it's just that the other 6,999 were all Mark's applications for female cloakroom attendant...
Nowt wrong with Primark... I get most of the kids clothes from there and sometimes a few bits for me too. We're also gonna have an Asda open in our town soon with a separate George. Excellent! Anything that pisses Tesco off is dandy with me...0 -

Too complicated Chris, I'm after summat a little simpler. Does anyone know a shoelace method for me? Or can they invent one? You know, so if I'm stuck, I can always look at the soles of my shoes to tell my lefts from my writes... but would that be cheating under exam conditions?0

Yes, but someone really determined could unravel a toilet roll, write something on the inner sheets, carefully wind it back up again, then swap it for the one currently in there. Bet the old dear didn't check that?
There is an obvious flaw in that the marked cubicle could be occupied and you'd have to use a different one so best do it three times to nail it...0 -

Don't know why people are interested in cheating all of a sudden - I think it must be those damn NVQ lot, not taking Professional Ethics :001_rolleyes:
