being a charity doesn't make you vat exempt.

I bought the laptop bag but the strap fixings broke away from the bag within just 3 months of use. Not happy.

I went to a regional MIP event, answered a question correctly and I won an AAT calculator, conference folder and shopping bag. I was very chuffed ( & still am really)!

Bought the pen set but one is faulty i.e the nip is stuck inside. Not happy at all.

Yes, I have received the replacement today, thank you to Tim who sorted it. I have returned the faulty one yesterday.

I'm afraid we don't offer these at the moment, and as far as I'm aware we don't have plans to - but if you get one from elsewhere you can of course keep it safe in your AAT-branded A4 folder...
