    muscles are not too bad - just like they are when I play football. Happy with the time and looking forwar to the next run.

    I better get some more new trainers though, the ones I bought for the race gave me blisters... I think I might get sme proper running shoes rather than Nike trainers :-)

    Yeah K, thanks I did, was really nice - went to Chester Zoo on the Friday and got hammered on Saturday.... then running yesterday.

    I'm guttedbecause the photos are done by bib number and I entered my number in and it brought up some fat bloke in a completely different number!

    If you are anything like Mrs FG then the answer is no! You will have to wait until June, but then again you are in the sunny south, so maybe the first week in June, not the end, as with Mrs FG :lol:

    I think I remain cautious for a while longer.

    The shorts have been aired for quite a few weeks now - but that's when I'm sprinting up hills and wading through rivers.

    He was pretty firm at the weekend and he wants to run with a younger crowd.

    Eyes are looking good thanks. my vision is better today, they are bright, pale blue with green in the middle. My colleague yesterday made us both blush as he said he couldn't stop staring at my eyes :oops:
