Re:Study Buddy
One person asked permission, some were invited, and others invited themselves...
Anna has disappeared, mentioning my name incurs penalties, Rae spends most of her time PMing and Katie is too stressed from work to notice anything...

"Who's it gonna matter to in 100 years"0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I know what you mean. I often say that in 100 years there won't be anyone alive that knows us.
Sad but true.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Its just a fact isnt it, puts things into perspective really when you think you're memory only lasts two generations, unless you make it into 'the books'0 -

Re:Study Buddy
Wow it's only tuesday and this week I've had 2 guys tell me that they are in love with me   it's a shame they are my friends
what's everyones point of view? I dont believe that a guy and a girl can be friends without it turning into something more, or one of them fancying the other etc In my experience it's just not possible to have a guy as a friend and have it stay that way.

PS TF what on earth are you going on about? :?

Re:Study Buddy
I think best relationships are those where you are actually friends, with the extra bits...
And then have your separate friends as well.
Even better if you break-up as friends...

I did have a longer answer, but the server went 'weerd' - something about a lockout stack error, or something.
Social conditioning and expectations...0 -

But would it be worth my while? Not sure if I'd be interested in a stale sarnie.

Re:Study Buddy
Holy Christ Gem, I can't believe you wrote that!!!
Guys and girls can be mates and I've had many 'successful friendships' with females without all the other usual hassles. However, it could be very awkward if they've already blatantly told you they want more and you're not interested; you might always be wondering if they have any ulterior motives every time they need to speak with you.
If they're also workmates, I wouldn't even go there since if things went south, you could be trapped inside an even trickier situation...
Regards,
Robert
