    Hiya,

Might not be much help as I know I did mine wrong as I forgot to add back on the property income in the calculation.... doh! I got 188k ish for the PCTCT (so adding on the 68ish I think it was for property income I would say I got around 260k as a rough guide). I did definitely use marginal relief though - I scaled down the bands for the associate company.

Can you remember what you had disallowed?

So it wasn't only me who forgot to deal with the property income - I really could have kicked myself when I realised, also we hadn't covered filling in a company tr so that is a total mess - I did however remember to do marginal relief for two companies and scaled it accordingly - all in all I feel I made a bit of a mess of this one and am pretty confident I WILL be resitting come December

So many mistakes in that one I could've kicked myself and like you, had never covered filling in a ct600 so when I saw the form I could've cried! Think I've made so many mistakes on this one I'm just dismissing it now.... fortunately I thought personal tax was much nicer so I'm relying on that one for my pass! ;-)
